CNC Drilling Lines and Solutions for Plates, Angles and Beams
Geka CNC offers a unique selection of customized and high-quality lines for CNC drilling plates, flat bars, angles, and beams. All of these CNC drilling options are specifically created for use on metal structures such as telecommunication towers and other construction-related metal structures.
Sigma 110, included in Geka's CNC drilling CNC solutions, has the capability to tap, mill, and scribe various types of materials such as beams, angles, U profiles, tubes, and flat bars up to 1m in size. The CNC driller can achieve a velocity of 60 meters per minute and has a drilling capacity of up to 13 kW in its standard mode and up to 15 kW at its maximum power. It is able to perform its duties at a speed of 3,000 revolutions per minute.
The CNC driller Sigma 110 features an Optional Rotation System to easily flip the profile, eliminating the need for a crane. The drilling unit has a strong and dependable drilling head installed. Furthermore, it is equipped with a tool changer containing 5 tools. It also includes a user-friendly interface which offers remote support.

Gamma Traction 250 Angle Processing and Punching Machine
The Gamma Traction 250 is a punching machine included in Geka's lineup of angle processing equipment. It has the ability to punch through thicknesses of up to 16 mm. It is also capable of drilling up to 40mm in diameter with four tools on each wing. The shearing station permits the shearing of profiles with dimensions up to 250x250x25 mm. Moreover, it provides precise cuts and is conveniently reachable.
The punching unit contains 6 punches, with 3 on each wing. The ability of the CNC controlled gauge, and the hydraulic hold down permits a punching force of 730 kN.
The cassette labeler unit enables customizable placement with a maximum of 10 characters and 5 various references. The Gamma Traction 250 programmable automatic unloading system is capable of automatically recognizing and distributing production.
This CNC angle processing line includes a user-interface with Windows 10 integration that allows for remote control via the internet.
