Head and Tailstock positioners are used to weld and assembly long and large weldments in many different application fields. Besides the benefits of ergonomics and safety during welding and assembly applications, the revolutionary feature of Syncrolift is the compactness and the portability of both columns, thanks to their dedicated hydraulic jacks. The result is an extreme flexibility in the factory. Syncrolift features two main axis: Electrical elevation/descent, and Electrical 360° left/right rotation. A typical configuration is composed of a motorized headstock positioner with an idler tailstock.

Sideros Engineering Head & Tailstock Positioners are ergonomics and safe for welding and assembly lines especially for long and large weldments in many different applications, the revolutionary feature of Syncrolift with dedicated hydraulic jacks which is very compact and portability of columns. Syncrolift features two main Electrical axis: elevation/descent, and 360° left/right rotation.

ROTOLIFT is a 3 axis welding positioner and manipulator, specifically designed to improve safety and ergonomics, considerably reduces the handling of workpieces without changing the angle of lifting.  

ROTOLIFT is an ergonomic machine featuring great flexibility with very innovative feature like tilt, rotate, lift and lower the workpiece. 

Positioners with Special loading capacity up to 100 Ton is also available. 

Cradle Positioners 

The Cradle Type SYNCROLIFT Positioner with 2 fixed columns and a turning cradle is equipped with a main cradle and a motorized rotary plate on which job can be loaded on the top. Positioner is capable to perform 4 main movements: upward, downward, turning over and rotation by 360° movements 

Skyhook Positioners 

This positioners performs an optimum ergonomics for welding and assembly processes, with a  possibility of turning the working piece by 180°. The positioner is with a fixed column and a rotating arm, performing 3 main movements, such as upward, downward movements, turning over and rotation by 360°. This L-Type positioner can also be easily customized in height, length of the arm and in load capacity up to 10.000 kg
