Permanent Lifting Magnets: Flaig permanent lifting magnets offer a safe and efficient solution for lifting and transporting ferrous materials in various industries. They operate with a single-magnet system consisting of high-energy half-shell magnets, which can be fully activated in only 90° of switching travel and is completely recoilless and self-breaking. The solid, ball-bearing mounted switching shaft with the built-up half-shell magnets has no magnetic losses due to internal short-circuiting and can be manufactured in one piece along its entire length without welds, tapered transitions, or milled recesses for block magnets, making it virtually indestructible.

Thanks to its design the unique, patent-pending design with half-shell magnets and the reduction of the internal air gap in the magnet system ensure significantly higher performance with the same amount of magnet material - reducing costs and protecting the environment.
